1953 Packard Caribbean Convertible
Nicely Executed and Well Preserved Restoration, Desirable Color, Less than 100 '53 Caribbeans thought to Exist
This 1953 Packard Caribbean Convertible presents extremely well in Maroon over a White/Red interior and Beige convertible top. This is a very straight and honest car that makes a striking impression and drives nicely. It has been kept by the same enthusiastic and detail-oriented owner for many years. The 327 4-bbl. L-head "Thunderbolt" inline 8 fires up and idles extremely smoothly. The column shift transmission works very well and is a nice complement to the silky smooth motor. This is a just a great, well preserved example of one of the 750 Caribbeans produced in 53. There are thought to be less than 100 remaining. This great opportunity to purchase a Caribbean in one of the best of the four standard original colors.
